Introduction
In order to ensure the smooth operation of wire on the contact wheel, good contact and no spark (spark will damage the surface quality of wire), the diameter of contact wheel shall be more than 100 times larger than that of wire; Zqa19-4 with good conductivity and thermal conductivity is selected as the material of the contact wheel body, while the annealed ring material in contact with the wire rod can reduce the wire rod surface damage caused by wire rod ignition and annealed ring wear after many experiments, considering its comprehensive performance indexes such as wear resistance, conductivity and arc extinguishing at 550 ℃.
In the main annealing section, the temperature of the wire is above 500 ℃. In order to prevent the oxidation of the wire, it is necessary to separate the high-temperature wire from the air with shielding gas. Therefore, reliable sealing structure shall be adopted for the conductor path and contact wheel of the main annealing section, and the inlet, exhaust and drain of protective gas shall be reasonably configured to prevent the entry of external air and reduce the leakage of protective gas. During continuous operation, only a small amount of protective gas needs to be added to the protective tank in the annealing section to prevent high-temperature oxidation of the wire rod, which is conducive to ensuring the product quality of the wire rod and reducing the amount of protective gas.
