The aluminum wire drawing machine comprises a motor, a base and a paying off frame, which is characterized in that the drum for taking up the wire is rotatably arranged on the base.
The drum is driven by the motor, the base is provided with a water tank and a mold in the water tank, the water tank is on one side of the drum, the water tank and the mold are provided with through holes for the aluminum wire to pass through, and the support can be movably arranged on the outer wall of the drum.
A roller for supporting the pull wire is arranged above the support. One end of the pull wire is connected with the support and the other end is connected with the rotating shaft of the lifting motor.
The aluminum wire of the utility model is placed on the pay off frame, one end passes through the water tank and the through hole on the die and is tied on the support, the aluminum wire becomes a thin aluminum wire after passing through the die, the support rotates with the drum, the thin aluminum wire is wound on the support, and the pull wire and take-up are carried out at the same time.
The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, and can be used for small-scale production with low machining accuracy requirements.
