Introduction
Classification
According to the stranding mode, the stranding machine can generally be divided into single stranding machine, pair stranding machine, high-speed stranding machine, untwisting machine, cage stranding machine, frame stranding machine, tubular stranding machine and disc stranding machine.
Single stranding
There are three kinds of vertical single stranding, horizontal cantilever single winch and hanging frame single winch. It is mainly used in HDMI, DP, USB, CAT-7 and other high-frequency wires, electronic wires, data wires, electronic core wire pair stranding and multi strand stranding.
Counter stranding
Used for stranding high-frequency data cable, telephone line 5#, core wire pairing, etc
High speed stranding machine
It can be divided into automatic tension high-speed stranding machine and manual tension high-speed stranding machine. It is mainly used for stranding copper wires such as computer cable, earphone cable, electronic cable, power cable, telephone cable, automobile cable, network cable and PVC cable.
Untwister
It is applied to the untwisting (anti combustion) of the total payment of high-frequency digital cables to promote the staggered and balanced position of insulated core wires during the total payment, so as to overcome the uneven torsional stress during pairing, so that the high-speed pairing can still have uniform quality and accurate pitch. The four combustion untwisting is adopted, and the maximum speed can reach 600r P. M, good anti torsion effect and excellent performance.
High speed cantilever
It is applicable to the stranding of PE or PVC coated core wires such as control cable, communication cable, data cable and coaxial cable, and the central wrapping tape or side laying wrapping tape can be completed at one time. It is mainly used for stranding wire cores with high precision requirements.
High speed suspension frame stranding
It is applicable to the stranding of PE or PVC coated core wires such as control cables, communication cables and power lines, and the central wrapping tape or side laying wrapping tape can be completed at one time.

A: There is zero tolerance to poor quality. Quality control complies with SGS & ISO 9001. Every machine has to past testing and trial running before it's packed for shipment.

A: 1) We record the testing videos for you, and every necessary photos for you.
2) We welcome you to visit us and test machine by yourself in our factory.
