Easy To Operate CCA Wire Stranding Machine Cable Twisting Machine
Introduction
1. The maximum speed of the spindle is 1600rpm.
2. Automatic tension control: during strand winding, the winding tension needs to increase continuously when the winding is received from the bottom of the reel. This function can automatically track and adjust the winding tension; Make the winding tension of the whole reel uniform, and the machine can adjust the tension without stopping.
3. The main engine is lubricated by oil and cooled by natural circulation, which can effectively prolong the service life of the main shaft bearing.
The wire passing system adopts a new structure. The wire passes directly from the main shaft guide wheel to the bow belt, minus the scratch and strand jumping caused by the failure of the corner guide wheel on the aluminum plate.
4. Three tightening devices are set in the machine to ensure the roundness of the conductor after stranding and reduce the loss of insulating materials.
5. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt. There is no lubrication point in the machine. The machine is kept clean and the stranded wire is free of oil stain. It is suitable for conductor stranding of various wire types with high surface cleanliness requirements.
6. Only one take-off pulley needs to be replaced to adjust the twist distance, and only the reversing rod needs to be pulled to adjust the twist direction, so as to operate simply, so as to reduce the error rate and work intensity of the operator· The bearings of the whole machine are well-known brands in Japan, and the bow belt is made of new materials with good flexibility, so as to avoid stock jumping caused by vibration during high-speed operation. The frequency converter, PLC, magnetic particle clutch, electromagnetic brake and hydraulic jack are all imported well-known brands, so as to reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost.
