High Output Copper Wire Annealing Tin Coating Machine
Introduction
1. Electric tube voltage of 110V-850W, 310 model uses stainless steel temperature levels up to 1200 degrees.
2. Cooling water tank: use of 304 stainless steel rust-proof, corrosion resistance, equipped with thermostat, make the temperature constant.
3. Dry: use high pressure air to force the water surface drying wire.
4. Oven: oven will go through with an electric wire to dry manner.
5. Cited take: Frequency of use is controlled lead to take speed, speed can be adjusted in the range 0-1500 rpm. Take the lead after a round of high-frequency heat treatment, surface sprayed ceramic wear and durable.
6. Take-part: take-torque motor, torque size can be adjusted to produce different specifications according to need radio set, and each closing can be adjusted independently of the thread it is convenient and reliable. Take-up mode with double and single income line income line two, customers need to use more.
