Introduction
The automatic wire arrangement compensation controller is mainly used in the occasions where the flatness of the wire arrangement is relatively high, which has been convenient for the next pay off or no wire clamping during the strand. At present, the traditional wire setter of small drawing machine or micro drawing machine in the market is controlled by synchronous motor + 2 position limit switches. In the process of wire arrangement, the operator needs to continuously adjust the edge distance of wire arrangement. There are generally two kinds of i-wheels for take-up: iron disc and ABS plastic disc. There are many iron discs on small pullers, and ABS plastic disc is generally used for take-up of micro pullers. When the outgoing line of the take-up I-wheel is deformed or the i-wheels of different manufacturers are used (there are appropriate errors between the i-wheels of different manufacturers), the error of the I-wheel itself will lead to the "rise" or "depression" of the outgoing line at different times. In this case, the operator needs to adjust the limit position of the wiring from time to time, A little negligence will cause the product to be scrapped or the next pay off wire cannot be released. When the take-up I-wheel adopts ABS plastic I-wheel, the wiring is stable when the tray is empty. When the tray is close to full, the plastic wheel will rise slightly to varying degrees. At this time, it is necessary to manually adjust the limit position switch of the wiring, which not only increases the strength of the operator, but also increases the risk of wire clamping of the outgoing line of the wiring.
